Buying
What can I buy?
IPv6 proxies by the piece: you pick the country and the quantity, the proxies run for the plan's whole term, and the term can be renewed. Items marked Dualstack are IPv6 with IPv4 support. And Pay-per-GB — IPv6 proxies paid for by traffic. And mobile proxies — carrier modems for a day, a week or a month.
By the piece or Pay-per-GB — what's the difference?
By the piece you pay for the number of proxies: as many as you need in one country for the plan's term, priced per proxy. With Pay-per-GB you pay for traffic: you buy gigabyte packages and create the proxies yourself, picking the country and the quantity every time you generate them.
How do I buy?
On the site: open the item in the catalogue, enter the quantity (for Pay-per-GB, the plan and the number of packages) and press «Buy» — the item goes to your cart. There, add a promo code if you have one and press «Place order»: the money comes off your balance. You can also buy in the Telegram bot: the «Buy in Telegram» button on the item page opens the same item.
Delivery and formats
How do I get my proxies?
Right after payment the order appears in your account, under «NETRUN proxies»: for IPv6 that is where the proxy list and the .txt download are. If Telegram is linked to your account, the bot sends a receipt — for IPv6 with the list as a .txt file (SOCKS5); bought in the bot — the bot sends the list. Pay-per-GB: the gigabytes are credited at once, and you create the proxies yourself in the Pay-per-GB panel.
Which protocols and line formats are there?
SOCKS5, HTTP and HTTPS (HTTPS encrypts the connection all the way to the proxy). The line format is up to you: login:pass:ip:port, login:pass@ip:port, ip:port@login:pass or ip:port:login:pass. You can download the list again in another protocol or format in your account on the site («NETRUN proxies» → the order) or in the bot: «My proxies» → «Download».
Renewal and Pay-per-GB
How do I renew IPv6 proxies?
On the site: your account → «NETRUN proxies» → the order → «Renew»; in the Telegram bot: «My proxies» → the order → «Renew». Tick the ports you need — each is renewed for 30 days, paid from your balance, and a promo code can be applied too. You can renew until the end of the term and for 6 more hours after it; after that, only a new order.
How does the Pay-per-GB pool work?
All your Pay-per-GB traffic is one pool: while it is active, new packages are added to it. You create the proxies yourself in the Pay-per-GB panel — in your account («NETRUN proxies» → «Pay-per-GB traffic») or in the bot: the country and the quantity — up to 500 at a time, and traffic is charged as you use it. What's left and the pool's expiry date are shown in the panel.
Mobile proxies
How do I buy mobile proxies?
On the «Mobile proxies» page: pick a country, the modem type, a carrier and a period — the price per day shows right away. Set the number of modems and press «Buy»: you pay from your balance and the credentials appear in your account right after payment.
What's the difference between a dedicated and a shared modem?
A dedicated modem is yours alone: you change the IP whenever you need to. Several customers share a shared modem, so it's cheaper, and its IP changes by itself at a set interval — there is no change button.
How do I change a mobile proxy's IP?
On a dedicated modem — with the «Change IP» button in your account («Mobile proxies») or with your own link: open it in a browser or call it from a script. The IP can be changed once a minute. You can reissue the link — the old one stops working at once.
How do I renew a mobile proxy?
Account → «Mobile proxies» → the modem → «Extend»: pick a period and pay from your balance. The modem, login and password stay the same. If the term has already ended, the modem is paused for a few more hours — renew it and the access comes back.
Is there a free trial?
Some mobile plans have one: a modem for free for the time shown on the purchase page. One trial modem per account every 30 days; a trial can't be extended.
Payment and bonuses
How do I top up my balance?
Your account → «Top up balance». Methods: @CryptoBot (any coin), USDT TRC-20 and BEP-20, TRX, Bybit UID and Binance ID — the form shows the ones enabled right now and the minimum amount. If Telegram is linked to your account, the balance is shared between the site and the bot.
Why link Telegram?
Then the site and the bot share one account: one balance and one order history. The bot repeats your site purchases in Telegram (IPv6 with the proxy list as a file), and that is where order notifications and back-in-stock alerts arrive. You can sign in to the site with Telegram, Google or e-mail.
How do I use a promo code?
In the Telegram bot you enter the promo code before confirming — when buying IPv6 or Pay-per-GB and when renewing. On the site — in the «Promo code» field on the product page or in the cart, for items ordered on the site. You see the discount before you pay.
How does the referral programme work?
Your link is in your account, under «Referrals». A share of your referrals' purchases is credited to your balance: 5% by default, and a partner can be given a personal rate.
Support
Do you replace or refund?
Replacement and refund terms are set out in the «Store terms». If something is wrong with a proxy, message support with the order number and a description of the problem.
What is not allowed?
Spam, malicious activity, network attacks, unauthorised access and use on resources prohibited by law. A breach suspends your access.
