🚫 What is prohibited
• Spam, malicious activity, network attacks, unauthorised access and using the proxies on resources prohibited by law.
• War propaganda, incitement to national, racial or religious hatred, and any activity that breaks the laws of Ukraine, the EU, the USA or other countries.
• A breach may get your access to the proxies restricted without a refund.
🔁 Replacements and refunds
• Check the proxies as soon as you receive them.
• If the proxies don't work, message support with the order number, which proxies fail and what exactly is wrong — the error, the protocol, the line format.
• If the order in your account has a «Request a return» button, you can file the request right there.
• Support will check the order and decide whether to replace the proxies or refund the money.
• An approved refund is credited to your account balance.
