How do I buy proxies?

On the home page, in the "Buy proxies" block: pick a tab — "IPv6 per IP", "Traffic · GB" or "Mobile" — then the country, the quantity or the term, and press "Buy". The price with the discount and the promo code shows before you pay, the amount is deducted from your balance, and the proxies appear in your account right away. You can also buy in the Telegram bot — with Telegram linked, your balance and orders are shared.

Which to choose: IPv6, traffic or mobile?

IPv6 per IP — when you need a fixed list of addresses for the plan's term, say for accounts or scraping: you pay per proxy. Pay-per-GB — when you need lots of proxies but little traffic: you pay for gigabytes and create the proxies yourself, in any country where they're available. Mobile — for social networks and well-protected sites that block datacenter addresses.

Why are mobile proxies better than datacenter ones?

A mobile proxy goes online through a modem with a carrier's SIM card, so websites see an ordinary mobile IP. Many subscribers share each such address, so sites are more careful about blocking them, and on a dedicated modem you change the IP with a button or a link. Datacenter IPv6 proxies are cheaper and you can take many at once — they're good for scraping and bulk tasks.

How do I get my proxies?

Right after payment — in your account: IPv6 and traffic under "NETRUN proxies" (the list and a .txt download in the format you need), mobile under "Mobile proxies" (access details and IP change). For traffic you create the proxies yourself in the Pay-per-GB panel. Proxies in made-to-order countries arrive as soon as the server is ready — usually in 30–60 min. If Telegram is linked, the bot sends a receipt, and for IPv6 the proxy list as a file too.

How do I change a mobile proxy's IP?

On a dedicated modem — with the "Change IP" button in your account ("Mobile proxies") or with your own link: open it in a browser or call it from a script. The IP can be changed once a minute. You can reissue the link — the old one stops working at once.

Mobile proxies → #mobile-ip

Is there a free mobile proxy trial?

Yes, some plans come with a free trial modem — the plan says for how many hours. One trial modem per account every 30 days, regardless of carrier or country. A trial can't be renewed: to keep working, take a regular plan.

How do I renew proxies?

In your account: IPv6 — "NETRUN proxies" → the order → "Renew"; tick the ports you need, and each gets 30 more days at the price you bought it for; mobile — "Mobile proxies" → the modem → "Renew", the access details stay the same. IPv6 can also be renewed in the Telegram bot, under "My proxies". You pay from your balance, and a promo code works too. After the term ends, you still have 6 hours to renew IPv6, and a mobile modem stays paused for a few hours; after that the addresses go back to the shared pool.

How do I top up my balance?

Account → "Top up balance". You pay in crypto: the methods available right now and the minimum amount are shown in the top-up form. If Telegram is linked to your account, the balance is shared between the site and the bot.

My proxy doesn't work — what should I do?

First check your settings: the protocol (SOCKS5 or HTTP — as in your list), the line format, the login and the password. For IPv6 proxies make sure the site supports IPv6; on a dedicated mobile modem try changing the IP. Still not working? Message support within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, the proxies that fail and the error text. If the problem is on our side, we'll replace the proxies or refund the money to your balance.

Do you offer replacements or refunds?

Yes, if the proxies don't work because of a fault on our side — at delivery or because a mobile modem failed. Report it within 24 hours of delivery: we'll check the proxies on our side and replace them or refund the money to your balance; support has the final say. There's no replacement if the site itself blocks the address or doesn't support IPv6, if the settings are wrong or the rules were broken. Full conditions are in the Store terms.
