On the home page, in the «Buy proxies» block: pick a tab — «IPv6 per IP», «Traffic · GB» or «Mobile», — then the country, the quantity or the term (for mobile — also the modem type and the carrier) and press «Buy». The price with every discount and the promo code is shown before you pay, the money is charged to your balance, and the proxies appear in your account at once. You can also buy in the Telegram bot — with Telegram linked, the balance and the orders are shared.
What proxies are there, and which should I choose?
Three kinds. Per-piece IPv6 — your own permanent IP for the whole term, 30 to 180 days: for accounts on sites with IPv6; they are not for scraping. Pay-per-GB traffic — the same IPv6 proxies paid per gigabyte: you create proxies in the countries you need yourself and refresh them with a new generation — this is for scraping and monitoring. Mobile — modems of mobile carriers: the site sees an ordinary mobile IP shared by hundreds of subscribers, so these proxies are blocked least of all and open any site — for social networks, advertising and media buying.
How do I get my proxies, and where do I find them?
Right after payment — in your account: IPv6 and traffic under «NETRUN proxies» (lists, .txt downloads in any format, renewal, the traffic panel), mobile under «Mobile proxies» (credentials, IP change, renewal). For traffic you create the proxies yourself in the Pay-per-GB panel. Proxies from «made to order» countries arrive as soon as the server is ready — usually within 10 minutes. If Telegram is linked, the bot sends a receipt, and for IPv6 the list as a file too; they are also under «My proxies» there.
How is a dedicated modem different from a shared one, and how do I change the IP?
A dedicated modem is yours alone: you change the IP yourself — with the «Change IP» button in your account («Mobile proxies») or by your own link from a browser or a script, at most once a minute; the link can be reissued, and the old one stops working at once. A shared modem is used by several customers, so it is cheaper, and its IP changes by itself at a set interval — there is no change button.
Is there a free mobile proxy trial?
Yes, some plans come with a free trial modem — the plan says for how many hours. One trial modem per account every 30 days, regardless of carrier or country. A trial can't be renewed: to keep working, take a regular plan.
How do I renew proxies, and what happens when the term ends?
In your account: IPv6 — «NETRUN proxies» → the order → «Renew», tick the ports you need, and each gets another 30 days at the price of your order (the same in the bot, under «My proxies»); mobile — «Mobile proxies» → the modem → «Renew», the credentials stay the same. You pay from your balance, and a promo code works too; when buying IPv6 you can turn on auto-renewal from the balance. After the term ends, IPv6 can still be renewed for 6 hours and a modem stays paused for a few hours; then the addresses go back to the shared pool, and you can't get those exact ones back.
How do I top up my balance?
Account → "Top up balance". You pay in crypto: the methods available right now and the minimum amount are shown in the top-up form. If Telegram is linked to your account, the balance is shared between the site and the bot.
My proxy doesn't work — what should I do?
First check the settings: the protocol — as in your list, the line format, the login and the password; for IPv6 proxies — that the site supports IPv6, on a dedicated mobile modem — change the IP. Didn't help — write to support: the order number, which proxies don't work, the site and the error text. If the order in your account has a «Request a return» button, you can file the request right there with a screenshot. Support replies within half an hour.
Do you offer replacements or refunds?
Yes, if the proxies don't work through our fault — at delivery or because of a mobile modem failure: we check them on our side and replace them, support has the final say. Money can be returned to your balance only if no more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase — later only a replacement. There is no replacement or refund if the site itself blocks the address or doesn't support IPv6, the settings are wrong or the rules are broken; all the terms are in the «Store terms».
